The book by WPC Bloggs Diary of an On-call Girl: True Stories from the Front Line is now in print and on sale and as the Mail On Sunday reports; 'Being a WPC is part Orwell, part Kafka...and part Trisha, reveals serving officer'... I'm looking forward to reading the book as the blog has always been a good read. It would also appear that the majority of those posting comments to the newspaper article, have enjoyed (will enjoy) the efforts of this hard working copper. At least WPC Bloggs, like PC Copperfield before her, are finally getting some reward for having the urge to stick their necks above the parapets and tell the public how it really is!
