Man rejects bin theft counselling

Teesside man left baffled after being offered counselling over the theft of his wheelie bin. The man has branded the offer "ridiculous" and said real victims were in need of help. I have to agree with the gentleman, but the quote from Victim Support said; "A 'theft' could be anything from a wheelie bin to the Mona Lisa. If we don't know the exact details we offer emotional support in case it's needed". Clearly, either the Crime Recording Clerk misrecorded the details or, the support team misinterpreted the information? A 'spokesman' for the charity went on to say; "It could have been the latest incident in a campaign of harassment. We are totally dependent on what the police tell us".
Typical, it's all 'our fault' as usual...
